Quoin Homeowner Channel
Coming Soon
Home improvement shouldn't feel confusing, risky, or isolating.
The Quoin Homeowner Channel is a space we're building for homeowners who want clarity before they commit — not sales pressure, not guesswork, and not conflicting advice.
This channel is designed to help homeowners make smarter decisions before talking to contractors.
What the Homeowner Channel Will Be
The Quoin Homeowner Channel will be a community-style space where homeowners can:
- Learn what fair pricing actually looks like in their area
- Understand what's normal — and what's a red flag
- See real questions from other homeowners
- Get guidance before reaching out to contractors
For example, homeowners will be able to see questions like: "Is $8–$10 per square foot normal for flooring in my area?" — and learn how to think through the answer before moving forward.
Everything here is built to reduce confusion and build confidence early.
State-Based Channels (Starting with Tennessee)
We're building homeowner channels state by state, starting with Tennessee.
Each state channel will focus on:
This keeps guidance practical, relevant, and grounded — not generic.
Influencer-Led, Value-First (Earned, Not Given)
For each state, we'll invite trusted creators to contribute to the homeowner channel.
Instead of paid promotions, we're doing something different:
Creators will earn the opportunity to brand and lead a state homeowner channel
Leadership is earned through:
- • The value they provide to homeowners
- • Clarity and trust they build
- • Engagement and usefulness — not hype or follower count
The Tennessee Homeowner Channel will be the first to launch under this model, with additional states rolling out over time.
This isn't about selling to homeowners. It's about helping them understand what they're walking into.
